A wedding at the Tamarind Tree in Bangalore is an experience like no other. And Keertana and Nirav did just that. A 2 day affair at the Tamarind Tree in Bangalore, their multicultural wedding was filled with excitement and laughter throughout. This half Telugu - half Gujju celebration took the best of both worlds and raised it up a notch, maybe a few notches. Well, them monkeys from Kanakapura Road bought into the festivities as well. THE TAMARIND TREE - AN EXQUISITE WEDDING VENUE IN THE HEART OF BANGALORE.
Nestled in a five-acre garden of beautiful trees including the original tamarind tree after which it was named, a pond, a colonial Bandstand, elegant pavilions, and ample open spaces, The Tamarind Tree is a place like none other. Located on the outskirts of Bangalore, away from the bustling city life (yet so close). The venue has beautifully preserved the natural landscape, incorporating rustic elements and traditional architecture to give it a distinct charm. Every corner of this venue exudes a sense of elegance and tranquility, setting the stage for a truly magical celebration.
A VARIETY OF STUNNING VENUES TO CHOSE FROM
The Tamarind Tree boasts a range of breathtaking venues to cater to your wedding ceremony, reception, and every celebration in between. The Pond Pavilion with the pond in the background is my favourite location for a small intimate wedding in the morning. The Colonial Bandstand with the huge mantap at the far end is another favourite and ideal for larger weddings. The venue offers several other open-air spaces, each with their own unique character and capacity to accommodate all the other festivities in between.
AUTHENTIC ARCHITECTURE
One of the standout features of the Tamarind Tree is its architecture. The venue comprises a collection of beautifully restored heritage homes, creating an ambiance that seamlessly blends history with modern elegance. These vintage structures, including traditional Kerala-style wooden houses and Mangalorean tile-roofed cottages, serve as stunning backdrops for photography and provide a unique and charming atmosphere for your wedding festivities. The attention to detail and preservation of traditional elements will leave you and your guests in awe.
ADEQUATE ACCOMMODATION
The Tamarind Tree has 28 fully functional rooms that can accommodate nearly 100 people at once. And as the entire property is only given out to one party at once, you can be rest assured that your guests will be more than comfortable. Also ample parking space if need be.
